• 1/4 c. frozen blueberries
To make the smoothie base:
• Add soaked cashews, almond milk, and flaxseed oil to your blender. Blend until smooth.
• Add banana and frozen berries to the mix. Blend until smooth.
NOTE: Depending on how you want the consistency, add more or less soy milk. With smoothie bowls, it’s better to use less. You want the consistency of a thick milkshake!
