Summer is here, days are getting longer and a lot HOTTER! When the kids (and adults) want something cool and refreshing you can whip this up in under 5 minutes!
It’s cooling, healthy and contains greens as well!
½ cup baby bok choi
½ cup water
½ cup dried apricots
3 cups frozen strawberries
Blend the water, bok choi and apricots first, then slowly add in the frozen strawberries.
Enjoy right away and put it in the freezer for a couple of minutes to firm up a little bit more.
